William A. Russell, MBA, is the Managing Member of the project. Mr. Russell has been the President of First Financial Services for over 25 years. He is directly responsible for 15 financial consultants and staff, who oversee assets in excess of $900 million. His firm has provided consulting services to institutions and pension funds on the purchase and development of commercial and residential projects.
Enrico Scarda, Esq., is the President and Founder of The Crest Group, LLC, a development company specializing in commercial, residential and multi-family projects. He successfully developed Setauket Meadows, a 150 unit luxury condominium complex in East Setauket. He has developed custom luxury home projects in Westhampton Dunes and Belle Terre. He is currently involved in the development of several residential projects on Long Island, Upstate New York and Puerto Rico. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Long Island Builders Institute.
Kenneth Gaul is an active developer of residential and commercial real estate and the developer of luxury homes throughout the North Shore and Eastern Long Island. He is also the President of an organization that operates three large nursing homes on Long Island that have been in business for over three decades: Woodhaven Nursing Home, Woodhaven Assisted Living and Cedar Lodge Nursing Home. He also developed one of the largest Medical Parks on Long Island, the North Shore Professional Park in Port Jefferson.
Joseph Carleton is President of J. Carleton Contracting, a commercial and residential contracting company with 26 years of building experience. Mr. Carleton has built many luxury residential homes in excess of 15,000 square feet. He has also constructed many municipal buildings, warehouses and office complexes. His firm specializes in Green Construction, having built several Green Buildings for the New York State University system. Mr. Carleton will be on location to manage the construction project.
Rafael Rovira, is the General Manager of Las Vistas de Puntas and has 29 years of executive experience and a solid background directing and managing companies in Puerto Rico and Latin America. Mr. Rovira developed his hotel operations career with the Williams Hospitality Group Hotels at the Condado Plaza Hotel & El San Juan Hotel, as Banquet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Comptroller, Purchasing Director and Internal Operations Director. Mr. Rovira has a Masters Degree in Finance & Marketing from Cornell University and has taught at the Caribbean Hotel Management School. As President & CEO of Pepin Baking Company & Bagette, Inc, his company was recognized as one of the top 20 Best Employers in Puerto Rico. In 2006 he was received the Top Business Award from Caribbean Business Magazine. Mr. Rovira is the Executive Director of New Century Development, which is developing Plaza International, a multi-use complex that includes a shopping mall, office building, plus a hotel and casino.
